William J. Burke - Administrative Director
	William J. Burke William J. Burke is a graduate of the United States Military Academy and holds a Master’s degrees in Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley and a JD degree from the Northwestern University School of Law. Mr. Burke has practiced corporate law for 25 years where he specialized in intellectual property, commercial transactions and government contracts.
